Your appointments are very important to us! They are reserved for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request that you read and understand the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy allows our stylists to keep their schedules filled, thus better servicing client’s needs. Our policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our establishment, as well as current and future clientele. As of March 1st, 2021, we will be enforcing a cancellation policy. We will require your credit card information to keep on file before we can book your appointment. Please give us 48 hours notice for all service cancellations and rescheduled appointments. We send out a courtesy text reminder 4 days prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of their missed service booked. If you no show your appointment, 100% of the service price will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule that appointment, and a fee of 75% of the service price will be charged. If you no show or cancel your appointment less than the time allowed in our policies, your card will be charged accordingly.
Please, do not come in if you are showing any symptoms of being sick. We understand that emergencies do happen. We have the right to have you reschedule an appointment if you arrive showing any symptoms of being sick. If you call and reschedule due to being sick, we ask that you wait a minimum of 2 weeks out to book.
